The winter steelhead fishing is excellent! We have a beautiful fishing hole right in front of the cabin! So far every fisherman that has come to stay in our cabin has found that it is one of the most productive fishing holes. They often find that when skunked by the rest of the river they return to the cabin to  catch the only fish of the day. The cabin is located 15min. from the boat ramp and all the best fishing holes on the Smith.  
     Summer fishing for Cutthroat Trout is good in tributaries and deep holes.
